The Link Between Caffeine and Fertility Issues

Studies have shown that high consumption of caffeine may increase the chances of miscarriage, increase levels of estrogen in the body and possibly affect ovulation.
Soy foods contain compounds which mimic estrogen in the body. Unopposed estrogen or estrogen levels that are too high can cause many fertility issues and create challenging issues for a developing fetus and growing baby. Soy foodsshould be avoided by both men and women, especially during preconception, pregnancy and childhood.
